We understand plans may change, so please review our cancellation terms below: Client Cancellations Notice Period: Standard Services: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Specialized Services: Cancel at least 3 days in advance for a full refund. Refunds: Cancellations within the notice period receive a full refund. Late cancellations may not qualify for refunds. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free if requested within the notice period and subject to availability. Company Cancellations If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you, offer to reschedule, or provide a full refund. For force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters), services may be canceled or rescheduled at no extra cost. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
