Service Cancellation Policy. (Updated 20/05/2024) Thank you for choosing our services. We understand that circumstances can change, and you may need to cancel your service. To ensure transparency and provide clarity, we have outlined our cancellation policy below. This policy applies to all our clients and governs the terms and conditions under which services can be cancelled. Cancellation by Client 1. Notice Period: Standard Services: Clients must provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled service time and date for a full refund. Specialized Services: For services that require substantial preparation or incur upfront costs, a minimum of 5 days' notice is required for a full refund. 2. Refund Policy: Cancellations made within the notice period will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than the required notice period may not be eligible for a full refund. 3. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their service without penalty if the request is made within the notice period. Rescheduling is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Cancellation by Company 1. Service Provider Cancellation: If we need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., provider illness, emergency), we will notify the client as soon as possible and offer to reschedule the service at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. 2. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations), either party may cancel the service. In such cases, a full refund will be provided, or the service can be rescheduled at no additional cost. Refund Process Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. How to Cancel To cancel a service, clients must contact us via email or phone.
